No. Zoho Analytics connects to most CRMs, accounting tools, spreadsheets and databases. It works best when the source data is clean, which I sort out first.

Can the dashboards be shared with people outside Zoho?

Yes, through shared links, embedded dashboards or scheduled email reports.

How long does it take?

A first set of core dashboards usually takes 2 to 3 weeks, depending on how clean the underlying data is.
