Can field staff check in from their phones?
Yes. GPS check-in with a geofence, so a check-in only counts at an approved location, and office and field staff can follow different rules.
Can offer letters be signed online?
Yes. Templates fill from the candidate record and go out through Zoho Sign, and signed copies are stored against the person.
Is Zoho Payroll available in our country?
Zoho People works worldwide. Zoho Payroll is only offered in some countries, so I check what is possible where you are before we plan.
We use another HR tool. Can you move us across?
Yes. Employee data is cleaned and imported, and I test with a few real employees before everyone moves.
