If you need three or more Zoho apps, Zoho One is often the cheaper route. I check against your team size and the apps you would really use before you commit to anything.
Can we start with one app and add more later?
Yes, and that is how most rollouts go: one department at a time, each one tested and handed over before the next starts.
Is every Zoho app available in our country?
Most are global. A few, like Zoho Payroll, are only offered in certain countries, so I check what is available where you are before we plan.
