The challenge
Sales, calls, leads, revenue, and product data were spread across different reports, making it difficult for management to understand performance from one place.
Reporting depended on multiple separate views, which made it harder to compare branches, sales owners, lead sources, product categories, and monthly trends consistently.
The business needed a cleaner reporting system where operational data could be converted into dashboards that leadership could review quickly.
The solution
Built a centralized Zoho Analytics reporting layer that connected sales, calls, leads, revenue, and product-conversion data into structured dashboards.
Created separate but connected dashboards for call activity, lead source analysis, city-wise lead movement, branch revenue, owner-wise sales performance, and product-wise conversion.
Designed the reporting system so management could move from scattered reports to one decision-making layer.
Implementation
- Structured CRM, call, sales, lead, and revenue datasets inside Zoho Analytics.
- Built dashboards for monthly call trends, weekly call heatmaps, lead source performance, city-wise lead status, branch-wise revenue, owner-wise performance, and category-wise conversion.
- Added filters and report views so the team could review data by date, branch, city, agent, product category, lead source, and sales status.
- Organized dashboard sections around management questions instead of raw data tables.
Results
- Management can review calls, leads, revenue, branch performance, and product conversion from one reporting environment.
- Sales owners, branches, cities, lead sources, and product categories can be compared more clearly.
- Manual report-checking effort was reduced because key reports were converted into live dashboards.
- The reporting system is live and used for ongoing sales and operations visibility.
