No, Recruit works on its own. If you use People, hired candidates move across with one click so nobody re-types them.
Can we stop the automatic emails Zoho sends candidates?
Yes. Many teams want only their own emails going out. I switch off the defaults and set up the ones you approve.
Can it publish openings to job boards?
Zoho Recruit can publish to your careers page and to supported job boards. Which boards are available depends on your country, so I check first.
