Questions
Why n8n instead of Zapier or Make?
n8n handles complex logic, AI steps and high volumes, and can run on your own server so you are not paying per task. For simple two-step automations, Zapier is often fine and I will tell you so.
Can you migrate our existing Zaps?
Yes. I map every Zap, rebuild it in n8n, run both side by side, then switch over once the n8n version is proven.
Cloud or self-hosted?
Either. n8n Cloud is the easiest start. Self-hosting on your own server gives you full control and no per-execution fees. I set up both.
What happens when a workflow fails?
Every workflow I build retries, logs what happened and alerts a named person, so failures get fixed the same day instead of discovered weeks later.
